SheaSync Standard Service Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-07-14
1. This agreement
These Standard Service Terms are the agreement between you (the business purchasing a SheaSync plan) and SheaSync for the Core, Growth, and Elite plans. You accept them by checking the agreement box at checkout before payment. Your acceptance is recorded with the exact version and content of the terms you accepted, and this page always shows the current version at the top.
Enterprise plans, negotiated terms, and separately contracted custom work are covered by their own written agreements and are not sold under these standard terms.
2. What SheaSync is
SheaSync is an AI Growth Team platform for your business. Your plan gives you a team of AI agents, operated through your Command Center, that works on growth for your business on a continuous basis. Depending on your plan and what you connect, that work includes: finding and researching qualified prospects and loading them into your pipeline; preparing and sending outreach in your voice; drafting and publishing content; responding to reviews; answering and placing calls with your voice agent; preparing payment links and follow-up; monitoring performance; and recommending strategy — with your approval controls deciding what goes out.
SheaSync is a software platform with AI-assisted and automated operations. It is not a staffing agency, not a traditional managed marketing agency, and not a lead-selling service. Some operations run automatically under the approval policy you set; others prepare work and hold it for your explicit approval.
3. Plans, pricing, and capacity
Your plan controls how much operating capacity your AI Growth Team has each month.
- Core: $3,997 one-time setup fee plus $1,499 per month. Up to 750 qualified prospects found and loaded into your pipeline monthly — your agents then work them.
- Growth: $6,997 one-time setup fee plus $2,499 per month. Up to 1,000 qualified prospects found and loaded into your pipeline monthly — your agents then work them.
- Elite: $9,997 one-time setup fee plus $3,499 per month. Up to 1,500 qualified prospects found and loaded into your pipeline monthly — your agents then work them.
- Enterprise: custom setup fee plus $4,999+ per month under a separately negotiated agreement. Capacity of 3,000+ / custom qualified prospects monthly.
Capacity numbers are operating ceilings, not delivery promises: they describe how many qualified prospects your plan can find, research, and load into your pipeline each month. What those prospects become depends on your business, your market, your offer, and your follow-through.
4. Billing and renewal
Each plan has a one-time setup fee, charged at checkout, and a monthly subscription that begins with your purchase and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; SheaSync does not store your card details.
If a monthly payment fails, we will retry it. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your service pauses until billing is resolved — your business data and your team’s accumulated understanding are preserved during a billing pause.
If pricing for your plan changes in the future, the change applies only after notice to you, and never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: you keep access through the period you paid for, and no further monthly charges occur after it ends.
After cancellation, you can request an export of your business records for 30 days. After that window, your account data is scheduled for deletion in line with the Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are not refunded once a billing period has started, since your AI Growth Team operates continuously through the period.
The one-time setup fee covers the activation and configuration of your team. If you request a refund before your intake is completed and activation work has begun, we will refund the setup fee. Once activation work has begun, setup-fee refunds are handled case by case.
Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information about your business. Your AI Growth Team works from what it knows about your business — inaccurate information produces inaccurate work.
You confirm that you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect (email, business profiles, social pages, advertising accounts, payment accounts) and that connecting them for SheaSync to operate on your behalf does not violate someone else’s rights or terms you have agreed to.
You confirm that media, documents, and other material you upload or connect are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them, and you authorize SheaSync to use them to prepare and publish work for your business.
You are responsible for your business’s own legal obligations — including having the right consent to contact your customers and prospects through the channels your team uses on your behalf.
8. Approvals and Autopilot
Your Command Center gives you approval controls over public-facing and customer-facing work. You choose how much your team does automatically and what is always held for your approval. Certain sensitive actions always require your explicit approval regardless of your settings.
Work your team publishes or sends under the approval policy you set is treated as authorized by you.
9. Connected accounts and external platforms
Parts of the service operate through accounts and platforms you connect — for example your email, your business profiles, your social pages, your advertising accounts, and your payment account. Those platforms have their own terms, their own approval processes, and their own availability. SheaSync does not control them.
If an external platform restricts, delays, suspends, or changes what connected accounts can do, the affected parts of your service may be limited until the restriction clears. Your Command Center shows honest connection states — the service will tell you what is connected, what needs attention, and what is waiting on an external step, rather than pretending.
10. Custom requests and custom scope
Your plan includes the ability to route custom operational requests to your team. Requests that fit within your plan’s operating capacity are handled as part of your subscription.
Material custom scope — significant one-off implementations, negotiated deliverables, or work outside the standard service — is agreed separately in writing before it begins, with its own pricing and terms.
11. No guaranteed outcomes
SheaSync does not promise booked leads, guaranteed leads, guaranteed customers, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed return on investment. Results depend on your business, your market, your offer, and your follow-through — no outcome is guaranteed.
Capacity numbers describe operating capacity, not outcomes. Any projections, examples, or case results shown anywhere are illustrations of what the platform does, not promises of what your business will get.
12. Your data and privacy
Business information you provide and data from accounts you connect are used to operate the service for your business, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your business records remain yours.
The Privacy Policy at /privacy is part of this agreement.
13. Work product and intellectual property
Material you provide stays yours. Work prepared for your business through your plan — content, outreach, creative, pages, and similar deliverables — is yours to use for your business.
The SheaSync platform itself — the software, systems, models of operation, and everything that powers your team — remains SheaSync’s. Your team’s accumulated understanding of your business is used to serve your business.
14. Acceptable use
You may not use SheaSync for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes; to send communications without the consent the law requires; to misrepresent your identity or your business; or to infringe someone else’s rights. We may pause work that we reasonably believe violates this section and will tell you when we do.
15. Service changes and availability
SheaSync is an actively developed platform: capabilities improve and expand over time. We may change how features work, provided the changes do not materially reduce what your plan delivers without notice to you.
We work to keep the service available and performing, but no online service is uninterrupted. When something is degraded, the platform shows the honest state rather than a fake one.
16. Termination
You can end this agreement by cancelling under Section 5. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or for material breach of these terms that is not corrected after notice. Sections that by their nature survive (including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property, and liability) survive termination.
17. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is, and SheaSync’s total liability arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid to SheaSync in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. SheaSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, restrictions, or availability of external platforms.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page, and your acceptance is recorded against the exact version you accepted. If we change the terms, the new version applies to you after notice, and your previously recorded acceptance is never rewritten.
